Monk Zhuofeng Xingjue 卓峯性玨禪師
1625 - 1685
Zhuofeng Xingjue 卓峯性玨 (1625–1685) [family name: Cheng成, hao: Zhuofeng卓峯] born in Zhongzhou忠州.
At the age of 15 years old became a monk and studied Buddhist texts with Monk Xiaosong 笑鬆.
Later he studied with Monk Dengbing 燈炳 (1611–1680), in Qingyun 慶雲Temple. When Dengbing traveled around Jiangnan area, Xingjue took charge of Qingyun Temple.
After he died, his student Zongwei 宗位edited Zhuofeng Jue Chanshi Yulu卓峰玨禪師語錄.
